  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
    Retirement plans are offered through TransAmerica, with an employer match of up to 6%. **Those working in Ohio and portions of Indiana are ineligible to participate in Leona's 401(k) plan due to State Retirement system requirements.
  • Voluntary Benefits
    Add-on benefits through Voya are available to cover accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity.
  • Vacation & Paid Time Off (PTO)
    As a full-time, year-round employee of The Leona Group, you earn PTO per pay period up to 8 days per year and receive four weeks of paid vacation time. **Full-time, school-year contracted employees earn PTO per pay period up to 7 days per year.
